Our Fees.
Buyer Advocacy.
We charge a fixed fee for service. That means we agree on a figure specific to your needs from the get go, so there’s no surprises! You pay a bit up front and then the rest once we’ve bought you a place and all the terms of the contract have been met.
Vendor Advocacy.
We split our fee with the selling agent via the commission from the sale of your property. That means you don’t pay any more than you normally would when you sell your house through an agent… two for the price of one? It’s a no brainer.
