We only advocate for either the vendor or the buyer during a single transaction and offer two distinct services for each scenario: Buyer Advocacy & Vendor Advocacy.

We have combined experience in advocacy, sales, auctioneering, property management and renovations. Our uniquely comprehensive insight and extensive knowledge of property helps us get some mighty good results for our wonderful clients!
Our Fees.
Buyer Advocacy.
We charge a fixed fee for service. That means we agree on a figure specific to your needs from the get go, so there’s no surprises! You pay a bit up front and then the rest once we’ve bought you a place and all the terms of the contract have been met.
Vendor Advocacy.
We split our fee with the selling agent via the commission from the sale of your property. That means you don’t pay any more than you normally would when you sell your house through an agent… two for the price of one? It’s a no brainer.
